We accept returns of unused products that were were not damaged while in your possession. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain all labeling (“Return Criteria”).
To complete your return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will generate a return tag for you. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it meets our Return Criteria, we will issue a store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically generated and you will be notified.

We will replace unused items with alternatives from the same price and product category, provided the replacement item is in stock. If an item is defective or damaged, please send it back using the return process and we will exchange it for the same or comparable item. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
